Need TRIBUNAL to decide cases not defined adequately. 'References' follow in another question?

Variable answers are fine, if they鈥檙e intelligent ones. In TEAMS, I + others share good + bad ideas without fear. It leads to well thought out conclusions. If done in a friendly manner (not adversarial) good things happen. You need only to have a TV to know of grave injustices in Canada due to systemic flaws. Also, the wealthy use the law to take advantage of the vulnerable. My mother was cheated out of her home by a lawyer. She was a single mother of 2. The same happened recently to a friend of mind. This SHOULD BE a crime. No flaws? Open you eyes! All the 鈥榢nowledge鈥?that spews from your mouth like a geyser will not make me forget what I see. Why harsh responses 鈥?I鈥檓 trying to HELP people. And to say that citizens don鈥檛 know what justice is because they haven鈥檛 studied the law 鈥?how can you be so arrogant? Don鈥檛 question my sincerity 鈥?I once saved a police officer鈥檚 nephew鈥檚 life believing I WOULD DIE TRYING. Jumbled answers here. Char limit limits detail. Apologies.Need TRIBUNAL to decide cases not defined adequately. 'References' follow in another question?
The law is imperfect, and constantly evolving toward what one may hope might be closer to perfection. But, being a human creation, it won't ever get there. What is needed is not a different or separate court system, but rather legislation which is more appropriate for courts to enforce. Write your MP, detailing the specific events of which you complain, and propose specific changes to the laws to fix things.
