In the game, ';Armature Surgeon'; are the secret cases unlockable? If so ,how?

I've been trying to unlock the secret cases but haven't been able to. It my just be that they're locked until all cases are completed


,including those of act III. Or maybe they do when you ';A'; rank all the cases, there are 3 after all (3 secret case and 3 acts). but i can't Ace act one, the first case seems impossible to get higher than a ';B';.





Can anyone shed some light on the this? I'm stumped.In the game, ';Armature Surgeon'; are the secret cases unlockable? If so ,how?
the game is quality! and i would asume youd have to get A on all patients in 1 act to unlock 1 secret patient cus there are three acts and three secrets. so it may be that u have to get As in a whole act to unlock one like you said, or maybe we have to wait for them to create act three.
